Returns & Refunds Policy

At Remalisse, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

 

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In the same condition as received
  • In their original packaging
  • With all tags, hygiene seals, and protective labels fully intact

 

Hair Extensions

Due to hygiene reasons, hair extensions can only be returned if:

  • The hair has not been removed from its original packaging
  • The hygiene seal / security ties remain fully intact
  • The product has not been opened, worn, brushed, or altered in any way

Once the hygiene seal has been removed or the packaging has been opened, we are unable to accept a return.

 

Haircare Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, haircare products can only be returned if:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • The hygiene seal remains fully intact
  • The bottle / packaging has not been tampered with

Opened products, broken hygiene seals, or used items cannot be returned unless faulty.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless:


  • The item is faulty
  • The wrong item was sent

We recommend using a tracked service, as Remalisse cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address.

Please note: returns sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, provided:

  • The item is returned in its original condition
  • Hygiene seals / packaging remain intact

The quickest way to exchange an item is to contact us, return the original item, and place a new order once your return is approved.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your account

 

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

 

EU / UK Consumer Rights

If your order is shipped to the UK or European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws. This does not affect your statutory rights.


However, for hygiene reasons, sealed hair extensions and haircare products that have been opened are exempt from cancellation once unsealed.
