At Remalisse, we aim to ensure your order is carefully prepared and delivered as smoothly as possible.
Hair Extensions
All Remalisse hair extensions are currently supplied on a made-to-order / order-on-demand basis.
Please allow:
- 7–10 working days for your hair extensions to be processed, prepared, and dispatched
This timeframe allows us to source, quality check, and carefully package your order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Please note:
- During busy periods, promotional launches, or bank holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
- If there are any unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Haircare Products
All Remalisse haircare products are usually processed within:
- 1–2 working days from the date of order
Once dispatched, your order will be sent via:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24, or
- Royal Mail Tracked 48
Shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email
- Tracking details (where applicable)
Please allow a short period for tracking updates to become active.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- product type
- order size
- delivery location
Delays & Delivery Responsibility
While we aim to dispatch all orders within the stated timeframes, please note:
- delivery estimates are provided as a guide only
- delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or circumstances outside of our control may occasionally occur
Remalisse is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
Remalisse cannot be held responsible for:
- delays caused by incorrect addresses
- failed delivery attempts due to customer error
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
"International orders (including orders shipped to the United States) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Remalisse is not responsible for any delays caused by customs."
