We can only accept returns if:
* The hygiene seal / security tag remains fully intact
* The hair has not been removed from its original packaging
* The product has not been worn, installed, cut, coloured, washed, or altered in any way
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any hair where the seal has been broken or removed. This policy is non-negotiable.
