Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene regulations and the professional nature of our products, we operate a strict returns policy on all hair extensions.

We can only accept returns if:

* The hygiene seal / security tag remains fully intact
* The hair has not been removed from its original packaging
* The product has not been worn, installed, cut, coloured, washed, or altered in any way

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any hair where the seal has been broken or removed. This policy is non-negotiable.

If you believe you have received a faulty item or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images so our team can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Shade Support

If you are unsure on colour selection, we strongly recommend using our Colour Match Service prior to purchasing, as we cannot accept returns based on shade mismatch once the hygiene seal has been removed.
